The problem with self-care is that it’s not systematic. It lacks a methodology that makes sense and brings results that actually matter to you - like being able to breathe. To feel like you’re not losing your shit. To reconnect to that part of you that likes to go with the flow at the same time that you are kicking ass at all areas of life.
Self-care isn’t just something you do when you have an hour for a massage. It’s not about chanting self-love affirmations or visualizing your dream life. Self-care is a lifestyle choice.
And there’s a methodology to it that makes it easy to weave into your daily routine and create lasting changes in behavior that bring you the relief and space you need to enjoy your life again. And when you seamlessly weave self-care into your everyday life, it becomes your desired way to refuel instead of the chore you dread.
I’m here to help you take self-care from “I wish” to “must have”. Because the sporadic massages and the annual family vacation aren’t generating the ROI your soul requires.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
Self-care shouldn’t have you so riddled with guilt that you can’t enjoy it. It doesn’t have to have you sneaking around because you feel ashamed for being so selfish. You don’t need to settle for self-care table scraps that keep you starving for more.
Enough of that nonsense. You deserve better. Your needs are valid. There is plenty of time. Self-care doesn’t have to be overwhelming, confusing or hard. It definitely shouldn’t be a disappointment. Self-care seems like it is a super easy and accessible thing to do to feel better….except it isn’t and it’s my mission to change that!
