I created the Honor YOU Method in response to the epidemic of disillusionment that comes from the quick fix, band-aid approaches to self-care that end with frustration and disappointment. My methodology is rooted in the philosophy that true self-care is complex and deserves a comprehensive, yet easy to use approach.
Pillar I: Proactive Assessment
Humans are comprised of psychological, emotional, sociological, cultural, and biological systems. Taking all of these areas into account helps us avoid confusion when competing needs overlap. Learning how to anticipate your needs in advance allows you to make informed decisions and ensure you are adequately prepared to handle what life throws your way.
Pillar II: Identification of Self
It is common to arrive in adulthood having gone from your family of origin to a partnership without much time in between to identify who you are. With imposing outside influences we can become confused about what we need. Once we have a firm grasp on the truth of who we are it becomes easier to look within to identify and honor our own needs.
Pillar III: Dynamic Resilience
Humans are hardwired for resilience giving us the ability to continually adapt and adjust to change. Having resilience however does not necessarily give you the tools and skills you need to feel like you can overcome challenges as life presents them to you. Learning these skills gives you the reassurance that you have the resources required to create and maintain a self-care lifestyle.

The daily honoring of one's needs to create a renewable and sustainable state of ease.
Taking self-care from “I wish” to a “must have.” Because the sporadic massages and the annual family vacation aren’t generating the ROI your soul requires. I teach stress-filled leaders how to ditch ineffective self-care tactics and transform overwhelm into a methodology that gives you back your life.
